Every item is carefully inspected and packed before shipment, but in the rare event that something does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and supportive Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Our goal is to provide complete confidence when purchasing from GEMUNC, whether you are a beginner, hobbyist, or seasoned collector.

At GEMUNC, we strive to deliver high-quality collectible paper money, coins, and related items. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions below.

All return or refund requests must be communicated to GEMUNC via email at support@gemunc.com or WhatsApp at +91 78080 87575 within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligible Items for Return or Refund
You may request a return or refund if:

The item received is significantly different from the listing description (e.g., wrong denomination, visibly damaged coin or banknote, major discrepancy in condition).

The item was damaged during shipping (provided packaging malfunction or external damage is documented).
3. Ineligible Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

The item was ordered incorrectly (wrong denomination, variant, type) — unless explicitly stated in listing that you can exchange.

The item was mishandled, altered or damaged by the customer after receipt.

The package was opened and used (for services) or stored in a way that alters its collectible value.

More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
4. Return / Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@gemunc.com or WhatsApp +91 78080 87575 with your order number, photos of the received item (front, back, and close-ups of any damage or discrepancy), and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will provide a return shipping address and return authorization number (RAN).

The item must be returned in original, unopened packaging, with all accessories/documentation, in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (minus any original shipping/handling charges) or send a replacement — per your preference.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
5. Exceptions & Notes

For rare / high-value collectibles, we may require additional photographic evidence, secure packaging, and insured shipping on return — customer bears return shipping cost.

Partial refunds may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage beyond what was present at delivery.
