1. Shipping Areas
We ship across India and, where feasible, internationally on request. For international orders, contact us in advance.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For rare/ high-value items, dispatch may take up to 5 business days (for secure packing).
3. Shipping Methods & Packaging

Standard shipping uses trusted courier services (e.g., speed post, registered parcel, or private courier) depending on destination and order size.

Rare, fragile, or high-value items are packed with extra padding, protective sleeves, tamper-evident seals, and tracking/insurance when requested.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
4. Shipping Charges

Domestic standard shipping charges are calculated based on weight/dimensions and destination. Charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If the package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of expected delivery).

Provide photos of the damaged packaging and item; file a claim with courier — we will assist you. For insured shipments, GEMUNC will aim to refund or replace the item after claim confirmation.

Check the package at delivery; if you notice external damage, sign as “Damaged – pending inspection” and notify us immediately.
